As Managing Director of Blue Sky Water Partners, Kim is responsible for BSWP's resourcing, financial performance and operations. He is responsible for investment management, investment reporting and client service.
Prior to BSWP, Kim was a General Manager of Marketing at CSR Sugar, where he oversaw the sale of two million tonnes of sugar ($A600 million) each year, undertook hedging activities to reduce earnings volatility and improve reliability of cane supply to CSR, and implemented significant organisational change following the deregulation of domestic and export sugar markets. Before CSR he was Division Director and Joint Head of Macquarie Bank's global cotton trading and exporting business.
