Mark is the founder and Managing Director of Blue Sky Alternative Investments and manages the strategic direction of the group. He actively sources new investment opportunities, is involved at board level with investee companies and contributes to the design of investment products in consultation with the Blue Sky investor network.

Tim joined Blue Sky Private Equity in July 2009 as Managing Director. Prior to joining Blue Sky, Tim spent twelve years working in the private equity industry through investment banking roles in London, Sydney and Brisbane with firms like Credit Suisse First Boston, Paribas and Babcock & Brown. Most recently, Tim spent four years running Investec's Growth & Acquisition Finance business in Queensland.

As Managing Director of Blue Sky Water Partners, Kim is responsible for BSWP's resourcing, financial performance and operations. He is responsible for investment management, investment reporting and client service.

Prior to BSWP, Kim was a General Manager of Marketing at CSR Sugar, where he oversaw the sale of two million tonnes of sugar ($A600 million) each year, undertook hedging activities to reduce earnings volatility and improve reliability of cane supply to CSR, and implemented significant organisational change following the deregulation of domestic and export sugar markets. Before CSR he was Division Director and Joint Head of Macquarie Bank's global cotton trading and exporting business.
